简介:
许浩博,中国科学院计算技术研究所副研究员,主要从事专用处理器芯片以及芯粒集成芯片研究,完成了多款原型芯片研制,在重要领域应用。成果发表于HPCA、ASPLOS、TCAD等国际高水平会议与期刊,在相关研究领域拥有50余项国家发明专利及多项美国、日本等海外专利。主持国家自然科学基金重大项目课题,入选北京市青年人才托举工程。
研究方向:
(1)专用处理器芯片;
(2)大算力天基计算芯片;
(3)芯粒集成芯片。

Haobo Xu is an Associate Professor whose research focuses on domain-specific processors and chiplet-based integrated chips. He has developed multiple prototype chips with applications in important fields. His research has been published in leading international conferences and journals, including HPCA, ASPLOS, and TCAD. He holds more than 50 Chinese invention patents. He has led a key project under the Major Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and has been selected for the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program of the Beijing High Innovation Plan.
Research Interests:
(1) Domain-specific processor;
(2) Space-based computing chips;
(3) Chiplet-based integrated-chips.
